Tasting note
Golden yellow. The bouquet is characterized by the scent of ripe fruit with some pear, caramel and marzipan. Soft velvety start, but also strength and fullness give this white wine its full-bodied. The melting, minerality with well-integrated acidity and the skilful interplay of Chardonnay and Moscato make it a great white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Fish, seafood, asparagus and soft cheese
Vinification
For 10 months in oak barrels where the wine was fermented and 8 months in the bottle.
