About the wine
The white Vermentino grape experienced a boom all over the island in the 1960s. Early picked, it is used as a base for fresh, crunchy sparkling wines. Processed at the optimal stage of maturation, it produces well-structured white wines with pleasant mineral notes.

Tasting note
The grapes come from the municipality of Marrubio in Alto Campidano, in the west of the island. Brilliant, light straw yellow. The inviting bouquet combines bright fruit notes and fine aromas of Mediterranean scrub. Crunchy and fresh on the palate with a good presence.
Vinification
Before bottling, the wine is rested in steel tanks.
