About the wine
Bright amber appearance Broad scent spectrum with notes of beeswax, yellow flowers, peach, apricot and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it is persistent and fresh without sacrificing body and aromatic complexity. Dario Prinčič's “Bianco” is the result of a clever blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio. The grapes are crushed for a few days and fermentation takes place spontaneously in open oak barrels. Each variety is then brought to maturity in wooden containers of different sizes and then put together.

Vinification
Dario Princic's' Bianco 'is the result of a skilful blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio. The grapes are macerated for a few days and fermented in open vats. Each variety then matures in wooden containers of different sizes and is then put together to achieve ideal harmony.
