Tasting note
Deep straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, a complex bouquet of citrus fruits, ripe golden delicious apples, floral notes and a touch of yeast aged over two years in the bottle unfolds. Finely sweet and harmonious on the palate, with aromas of ripe fruit and subtle pastry notes, supported by an elegant, round structure.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with light desserts such as fruit cake, apple strudel or panna cotta, with mildly creamy cheeses such as brie or goat cheese and with fine starters such as canapés, salmon or prawns. It is also a pure pleasure as an elegant end to a meal.
