About the wine
Pecorino is not only a sheep cheese, but also an autochthonous grape variety that is only cultivated in Marche and Abruzzo. A white wine with fresh acidity and a wonderful pear bouquet.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Fine bouquet with notes of pears, citrus fruits and some bergamot, accompanied by fine mineral aromas. Wonderfully fresh, fruity, mineral, juicy and tasty on the palate. With its fresh acidity and fairly long aftertaste, the wine is extremely fun to drink.
Culinary recommendation
A distinctive wine as an aperitif, bruschette or with delicates from the sea.
Vinification
The indigenous Pecorino grape variety is harvested by hand. After gently pressing the grapes, the wine is fermented, aged and refined in steel tanks.
