About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this outstanding Nebbiolo 2012 — Triacca Riserva la Gatta! Blooming and fertile landscapes of Valtellina give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Triacca conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or pizza.
Tasting note
Spicy bouquet of dried fruits and red berries. Robust with a racy acid structure, rustic and typical of its kind. Complex, with well-integrated tannins and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
With hearty, dark meat dishes such as beef, lamb, deer, as well as with mushroom dishes and truffles.
Vinification
After fermentation, it is aged for 24 months in large Slovenian oak barrels.
