About the wine
The Pasqua wine house is a long-established family business founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. In the meantime, the enormous investments have paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and there has been a noticeable increase in quality. Today, Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic refinement and elegant taste.

Vinification
Mousing time of 15 days; in February, the young wine is added over freshly pressed Amarone pomace, which causes renewed fermentation; aging in barriques for 12 months
