Tasting note
Dark ruby red color with an elegant sheen. Intense notes of plums, plums and a strong roasted aroma are characteristic of a ripasso, where they are particularly pronounced. Excellent, strong structure and a lasting aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, pasta & pizza, seafood and poultry.
Vinification
At the end of February, the wine is mashed with Amarone pomace for 15 days and then stored in oak barrels for 16 to 24 months. After bottling, it ages in the bottle for a further six months.
