About the wine

Tasting note
Shows an intense bouquet of ripe cherries, plums, dried figs and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round with an elegant tannin structure supported by fresh acidity. The ripasso method gives it depth and complexity, making the wine both rich and accessible.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled red meat, game dishes, pasta with meat sauces or aged cheese.
Vinification
The wine is made using the traditional ripasso method, in which the young Valpolicella wine comes into contact with Amarone pomace after the initial fermentation. This process gives the wine additional aromas of dried fruits, spices and more structure. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity and harmony.
