About the wine
Picturesque and fertile landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Remirez de Ganuza conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Do you already know the present Tempranillo Trasnocho Rioja DOCa born in 2010? If not, it's time! Tasting note
Dark, impenetrable purple. Intense, spicy bouquet of small black fruits, black pepper and warm spices. High-intensity on the palate, with aromas of spicy black fruit and notes of dried meat, cinnamon and cloves, licorice and mint. The silky texture, balanced acidity and firm tannin structure round off this rare wine. Huge storage potential!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine cuts of meat, paella, game.
Vinification
The grapes, which are sorted by hand several times, are vinified in 7000 liter steel tanks and then aged for 21 months in new French barriques (95%) and American barriques (5%).
