About the wine
The grapes for the Ungulus were harvested, selected and pressed at perfect maturity, followed by fermentation in steel tanks. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in concrete tanks for a further 2 years. The wine impresses with its extremely complex nose with vegetal and balsamic notes, hints of saffron and honey. On the palate, it shines with its silky texture and furious finish. A masterpiece from the top winery Castello di Cantone.
