Tasting note
Color bright yellow, bright and intense nose: Great elegance and complexity. Rich bouquet, enveloping and harmonious. Refined white flowers, jasmine and acacia blossoms blend with fruit notes of canary melon, yellow peach, apricot compote and tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple. The citrus aromas are enriched by elegant, creamy notes of pastry, candied almonds, vanilla, creme brulé. Cedarwood, thyme and licorice balsamic finish. Continuous development of the palate: Powerful start, full and velvety. Excellent harmony with the nose and great refinement. Pleasant sour note. Mineral, spicy and round. The richness of tropical fruits, nuts and creamy notes is enhanced by spicy notes of white pepper and cardamom. Long and persistent, the aftertaste is elegant and floral.

Vinification
The grapes were carefully destemmed and macerated for a short period of time. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where they mature for around ten months. Friulano was fermented and aged in small French oak barrels. Ageing: Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon mature in stainless steel tanks, while Friulano is stored in small oak barrels. After ten months of aging, the wines are blended. The bottled wine is then stored in temperature-controlled storage cellars for up to 9 months.
