About the wine

The Terrazas de los Andes Chardonnay impresses with its deep golden yellow color with green reflections and its intense fruit aroma with notes of ripe peaches and apricots as well as tropical fruits, such as mango and pineapple. Fermentation in new oak barrels gives this wine its aroma of vanilla and caramel. Storing in wooden barrels gives Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay its aroma of dried fruit, the scent of hazelnuts and its interesting complexity. This soft wine is particularly characterized by its full structure, aromatic intensity and complex volume, which end in a long finish. The Terrazas de los Andes Chardonnay is an excellent accompaniment to braised pork and mashed sweet potatoes, dried fruits and goat cheese. Also with pasta with sautéed prawns.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled white fish, pasta with butter or cream, white meat or citrus fruits
Vinification
The grapes were harvested in March at optimal ripeness. After pressing whole grapes, the Chardonnay must ferments with pure yeast in new French and American oak barriques. Biological acid degradation has only been carried out to retain the freshness and elegance of the natural acidity of this vintage. The grapes come from the Tupungato Terrace, the vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level. Fermentation in barriques, moderate yeast stirring.
