With this distinctive white wine 2021 — Teia Vermentino di Toscana DOC Bolgheri, the term taste takes on a new meaning. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Villanoviana masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile Tuscan countryside. Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. On the nose, floral notes of chamomile, citrus peel, ripe peaches. On the palate, lively freshness combined with an aftertaste rich in soft minerals.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent aperitif wine, also ideal for fish dishes, salads and vegetarian dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation for 15 days in chrome steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Subsequent aging on the yeasts, in a chrome steel tank. 15% of the wine remains in French oak barriques for three months, from the second and third rounds. The wine is only sold three months after bottling.
