The bouquet is very complex and multi-faceted, sometimes spicy, then floral, fruity or smoky. You can see nuances of rose hip, grapefruit and rhubarb, then cranberries and black currants as well as a touch of earth and wild roses. With a little air, nuances of licorice, incense and smoked bacon confirm the broad spectrum of the bouquet. On the palate, a dense wine with tannins, which literally liven up the finale with fine bitter notes.
