Das bleibt im Gedächtnis: Sein erstklassiges Purpurrot verleiht jedem Anlass eine besondere Note. Die erfrischenden Aromen des Syrah du Valais Les Félines La Torrentière von Brombeere, Brot und Marmelade drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Als Nächstes zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von schwarzer Johannisbeere und Schokolade ihren eigenen Charakter. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Goes well with sausages, red meat, grilled meat, poultry, mushrooms, pasta dishes and cheese.
Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. The ripeness of the grapes is constantly monitored shortly before harvesting in order to determine the optimal harvest time. The harvest amount is strictly limited to guarantee the highest quality. The harvest is picked by hand and sorted out after arrival in the cellar to keep only the best berries. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is only slightly filtered before bottling.
