About the wine
This Rosato is pressed on the northern slope of the Etna volcano near Monteguardia, in the best wine region between Randazzo and Passopisciaro during the super moon. Between forests and olive trees lies the over 100-year-old winery of Cesare and Federica, who said goodbye to the hustle and bustle of working life in 2005 and opted for nature. This exceptional wine consists of Nerello Mascalese grapes, which are exclusively handpicked and matures in 500L oak barrels for between 6 and 12 months. Jählrich only produces 600 bottles.

Tasting note
Light purple color with brilliant clarity Viscosity appears oily and leaves distinct stained-glass windows on the glass. Clean and clear nose. Pure and with an intense depth of aroma. Smooth and pleasant start on the palate.
