Tasting note
A deep, dark garnet red. On the nose, a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries and wild berries and a touch of chocolate unfolds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with acidity and a presence of polished tannins. A harmonious combination of spice, acidity and tannin results in a long, impressive finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark meats, especially game dishes and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
Handpicked and careful processing. Controlled fermentation in steel tanks. After complete fermentation, storage in oak barrels for 1 year. Further aging in large wooden barrels and in the bottle.
