Tasting note
Dark berries like cherries and cassis seduce your nose. Aromas of raspberries and integrated wood are subtly revealed. Fruity, dark-berry aromas are accompanied by supportive tannins, making me a true crowd favorite.
Culinary recommendation
Grilled meat and vegetables — the most popular meal after long tastings and meetings. However, cheese fondue or hearty aperitif platters also go great.
