About the wine
Pierre-Luc Leyvraz masterfully knows how to make the most of the potential of Saint-Saphorin from his steep Les Blassinges vineyard. The soil is lean and poor in clay, but rich in limestone. This terroir is reflected in the wine, which is fresh and fruity with mineral and floral notes. On the palate, there are aromas of almonds, quince and honeysuckle, which underline its full character and result in a salty finish.
