The winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei St-Michael is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the blooming and fertile landscape in South Tyrol. Vinification
The selected grapes are gently pressed after manual harvesting. The must is then fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank and partially subjected to biological acid degradation before it is bottled.
