Tasting note
This Chardonnay has never seen a barrique from the inside. This concentration on pure fruit gives off the glass an intense scent of tropical fruits, bergamot and ripe apples, fresh and clear on the palate, fruity and persistent, with elegant notes right down to the fine finish.
Culinary recommendation
The terrace wine for warm summer evenings. Likes to accompany starters such as porcini mushroom carpaccio, light cuisine and pasta fredda — the Italian pasta salad.

Fermentation and partial acid degradation in steel tanks.
