About the wine

Tasting note
Impresses with a thick and rich nose that combines aromas of black cherry, licorice, blueberries and violets. On the palate, it has a juicy and silky texture with polished tannins and a salty length that results in a long, elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled beef, lamb dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from a 1.5-hectare vineyard with 25-year-old vines. The harvest is done by hand with a yield of 35 hectoliters per hectare. After fermentation, the wine ages in Burgundy barriques, with 50% of the barrels being new. Production is limited to a maximum of 10,000 bottles.
