About the wine

“Springo Blue” from the Le Manzane winery is a classic Prosecco Superiore and comes from the hilly area of Prosecco DOCG in the immediate vicinity of the village of Conegliano. The grapes come exclusively from one of the 43 Cru vineyards, called “Rive di Manzana”, in the heart of the Prosecco DOCG area. This location belongs to Ernesto Balbinot, who produces his prosecco only with grapes from his own vineyards.
