About the wine
The history of the Leitz family winery from Rüdesheim dates back to 1744 and is still one of the best in Germany today. How nice that they also have a non-alcoholic Sparkling Riesling. Much more than just an effervescent compromise!

Tasting note
The ONE-TWO-ZERO sparkling is very fresh and shows typical Riesling hints of limes and citrus fruits on the nose. It also shows surprising notes of rhubarb and red apples, as well as very refreshing and mineral components. For an alcohol-free semi-sparkling wine, it has a dry and long finish.
Culinary recommendation
The wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C and goes well with Indian cuisine, Asian food and duck, for example.
Vinification
A very good base wine in estate wine quality and the most modern variant of vacuum evaporation is used to ultimately produce an alcohol-free product with 0% vol. The advantage of this process is that the alcohol volatilizes at 29 degrees, so it is very gentle and very good for preserving the aromas. This method is now an international standard, as the alcohol can be completely separated off and the grape or wine aromas are largely retained.
