Tasting note
Brilliant, bright straw yellow with very fine, persistent perlage. Intense and very complex, with notes of citrus, accompanied by floral aromas and delicate scents of fresh bread. A very harmonious bouquet! Fresh, precise, very balanced and elegant in taste. The aftertaste is mineral and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, as well as with starters, crustaceans, fish, smoked salmon, roast beef, foie gras, aged cheese and local charcuterie.
Vinification
Classic bottle fermentation. Expansion of 24 months.
