Somontano DO Garnacha La Miranda de Secastilla VdV MO 2018 - Vinas del Vero

The Secastilla Valley is located in the extreme northeast of the Somontano appellation and combines various microclimatic influences that are beneficial to viticulture. The grapes for this plant come from very old Garnacha grapes, which reflect the idea of Spanish wine. The typical grape variety, the cool terroir at over 700 m above sea level, and the late hand harvest of the ripe grapes allow the pressing of a complex wine that builds on the great Spanish tradition. The nose reveals typical aromas of raspberries, plums, cherries and licorice. This is accompanied by growing notes (leather, cloves, cocoa, vanilla, smoke). The bouquet, the palate and the finale reveal the character traits of this particularly caliber plant, which skillfully stands out.
