The Gini family has owned vines since the 18th century, in the best hills (Froscà and Foscarin) of Monteforte d'Alpone. Only Sandro (oenologist and president of the Consorzio del Soave) and his brother Claudio Gini (winemaker) knew how to produce those masterful wines on the 25-hectare winery which, thanks to their unique fineness, are among the most sought after in the appellation. Your Soave Classico, over the vintages, has a rare consistency in its aromatic expression, always a safe value. Intense fruity and berry aromas, reminiscent of pome fruit and raspberries characterize the bouquet. Overall, very rich, soft, with a slightly exotic twist. Rich on the palate, beautifully rounded, almost flattering: Perfect for asparagus, also as an aperitif and with tasty starters, including salty cheese.
