About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Tamellini is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
The grapes for this white wine come from the homonymous location in the municipality of Costeggiola. The Le Bine shows a brilliant light straw yellow in the glass. The clean, pure bouquet includes floral as well as delicate fruity notes. Rich on the palate but without clumsiness, elegant and smooth and round thanks to the restrained acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with light starters, fish dishes, seafood, risotto with herbs or asparagus, and fresh goat cheese.
Vinification
The wine is vinified and aged in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is left to rest for at least six months and then in the bottle for a further six months.
