Tasting note
Very intense ruby red, very dark and almost black in the core. The bouquet is extremely seductive and announces a highly powerful wine. Fresh, fully ripe forest fruits paired with notes of vanilla cream, caramel and cocoa beguile the senses. On the palate, it glides very broadly, extremely supple and reveals a wide range of aromas. A real powerhouse, profound yet rich in finesse, complex and perfectly balanced, he continues his campaign of conquest. Intense fruit sweetness combined with balsamic notes and an irresistible aroma are the squaring of the circle. Velvety and elegant right down to the spicy and mineral finale.

A virtuoso soloist who is indisputably one of the best red wines in Spain and turns every meal into a feast.
Vinification
The production of Singular is limited to a few thousand bottles. The grapes harvested by hand with great care from a preferred location at the foot of the Collbaix mountain are selected uncompromisingly and processed as gently as possible and only with the aid of manual technology. The use of machines is deliberately avoided in all processes. A truly brilliant wine!
