About the wine
Silver Myn Argentum Zorgvleit 2022 is a smooth, fruit-forward red blending Merlot and Petit Verdot. It's an easygoing wine that feels just right for casual get-togethers or dinner nights when you want something fresh, juicy, and enjoyable.

Tasting note
The palate features black cherry and mulberry fruits, paired with spices This results in a well-integrated, firm tannin structure. A fruit forward and silky wine for daily enjoyment.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand and the berries were sorted into stainless steel fermenters. The fermentation began spontaneously and was completed with a pure variety. The extraction was carried out using a combination of punch-down, rack-and-return and pump-over methods. The batches were gently pressed and immediately transferred into small French oak barrels and 4600 liter oak barrels, where they were completed malolactically fermentation. The components were refilled three times to purify and develop the wines. The blending was carried out after 12 months of maturation.
