Shymer IGT 2020 - Baglio di Pianetto

The ripe fruit aromas (blackberry, cassis, sweet cherry, plum) in the bouquet draw attention and suggest an exciting confrontation with a wine that has a lot to offer. This is accompanied by spicy notes reminiscent of pepper, licorice and black tea. Expectations are not disappointed: ripe berries, velvety tannins, a refreshing structure and a straight finish. The blend of two French grape varieties in the hot climate of Sicily reveals another dimension that is convincing and combines many new aspects.
