Tasting note
Color: bright yellow with golden reflections. Nose, intense, fresh and balsamic, with notes of aromatic herbs, rosemary, thyme and verbena, which include floral notes of hawthorn, lime blossom and fruity notes of white plum and papaya, fresh hazelnuts on the finish. Palate: dynamic, fresh and spicy, citrus notes with fruity notes of white peach, distinct persistence.

Vinification
The grapes are carefully destemmed and gently pressed. The grape must obtained is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is stored on lees in stainless steel containers for six months and then aged again in the bottle for at least two months.
