About the wine
It's only been back at the forefront for a few years, but that's no wonder, but thanks to the courageous Daniel Wagner. After taking over his parents' winery in the 1990s, with passion and unwavering confidence, he led the winery with its excellent locations (15 ha) back to the top of Rheinhessen, where it was 100 years ago. Year after year, Daniel Wagner and his team work out the special features of the volcanic sites more precisely; the work in the vineyard (certified organic) is exemplary! Vibrant, mineral white wines, distinctive and large.

Tasting note
A wine like the 80s. Brilliant, colorful, break in style - UNFORTUNATELY AWESOME! Wonderful fresh, very intense, tropical, passion fruit, citrus fruits, cassis, equally tart, almost grassy. Loudly mineral on the palate, creamy-fresh, slightly sweet, intense fruit and grassy.

Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Scheurebe trocken harmoniert bestens mit Dessert und asiatischen Gerichten.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Aging in stainless steel tanks and traditional, old barrel (oak).
