About the wine
Fine rosé with a beautiful color. It smells intensely fruity of cherries and raspberries, and it also has a slight spiciness. Powerful on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.
Tasting note
Shiny pink. On the nose, a flattering, straight scent of cherries and raspberries, plus the spicy notes typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. Very powerful on the palate, with an invitingly refreshing acidity. Red fruit aromas. The aftertaste is persistent and spicy. The noble rosé for the warm season.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif, of course, but also wonderful with salmon or grilled prawns.
Vinification
The grape varieties are planted separately, harvested at optimal ripening time and mashed immediately for 12 to 24 hours after squeezing. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks. Then a short clarification and bottling.
