About the wine
With the fine Savagnin L'Un Côtes du Jura, which was produced in 2016, you will certainly have a lot of fun. You can describe the landscape with such words as hilly. However, the French winery Domaine Baud is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded!

Tasting note
Savagnin is the jewel of the winery. This grape variety is native to the Jura and the best examples come from the marble floor, as is the case with Domaine Baud. The 228l wooden barrels were not completely filled. Due to contact with air, flour-like yeast can grow, which gives the wine its typical taste. Savagnin has strength and tastes of apples, almonds and nuts and is very elegant. Very long finish and complexity.
