About the wine
With the fine Sauvignon Turmhof from 2014, you will positively surprise your guests. Fertile and blooming landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Chistoph Tiefenbrunner conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
Bright yellow with green reflections, this wine impresses with its distinctive bouquet of flint, elderflowers, gooseberries, green peppers, sage and mint. It is pleasantly salty and mineral, fresh on the palate and juicy on the finish due to the finely integrated acidity.
Vinification
After a maceration period of six to eight hours, fermentation takes place at 20 °C in steel tanks. 50% then ripen for seven months on the first yeast and with regular batonnage in large oak barrels. The other 50% are fermented in stainless steel tanks over the same period and aged on fine yeast.
