About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. This striking Sauvignon Blanc 2016 — Sauvignon DOP Collio is a triumph to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Sauvignon Blanc can be served very well with goat cheese or white meat.

Tasting note
Dry white wine with a fine scent of sage, mint, exotic fruits and yellow peppers. Dry on the palate with light lemon notes.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent aperitif wine and ideal accompaniment to seafood antipasti.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of no more than 17°C. Maturation for six months in chrome steel tanks, then aged for about 60 days in bottle. Certified organic wine.
