Bright, pale yellow color in the glass. Fine scent of gooseberries, passion fruit and elderflower, some yellow pepper on the palate, medium-bodied body with a nice mix of acidity and minerals and a silky texture.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks and yeast storage for five months.
