Die fruchtigen Aromen des Sauvignon Blanc Genève La Dîme von Passionsfrucht, Nektarine und Basilikum drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Anschliessend zeigen die verspielten Nuancen von Limette und grünem Apfel ihren eigenen Charakter. Das bleibt in Erinnerung: Sein strahlendes Goldgelb erfreut zuerst das Auge und anschliessend den Geist. Ein Weisswein mit leichtem Körper und markanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine lebendige Struktur entfaltet.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles.
