An exquisite Sauvignon Blanc from the famous Loire region, which reflects the unique minerality of the terroir. The “Barre à Mines” by Michel Redde shows a clear, pale golden color and impresses with its intense yet elegant character.

Tasting note
“Barre à Mine” is a top-class Sauvignon Blanc. The salty minerality, the variety of aromas typical of the variety, the appropriate acidity and the long aftertaste make this wine exceptional. It may well be decanted to highlight the full minerality and aroma. This wine has a aging potential of 15 to 20 years, which is not exactly the rule in the Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre region.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish with sauces, white meats.
Vinification
After partial cold maceration, the must was fermented cool using local yeast and aged in steel tanks.
