Tasting note
This cuvée is an excellent introduction to the world of Racines Pinot Noirs. The wine has a brilliant ruby red. On the nose, expressive aromas of red berries, cherries, violets, spices, rose petals and a cigar box inspire. On the palate, the wine is juicy and elegant, with lots of red fruit, sweet spicy notes, the typical whole-grape fermentation structure, velvety tannins, well-integrated acidity and a pleasantly tart finish. A wonderfully expressive Pinot Noir that is very accessible even in young people.

Goes well with light meat dishes, stews, sliced meat, vegetarian dishes, cheese
Vinification
All vines are cultivated according to organic principles. After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented with natural yeasts and 50% of styles. The aging takes place for 17 months in 228-liter French barriques with approx. 15% new wood content.
