Sans Année S.A. Extra Brut AC 2023 - Flavien Nowack

The brilliant “entry-level” cuvée from Flavien, composed of 60% Meunier and 40% Chardonnay. The basis is around 70% of the 2021 vintage, followed by reserve wines from perpetual waste from 2012-2020. The inviting mineral-fresh nose features aromas of lemon zest, apricot (kernels) and red forest berries, backed by notes of chalk powder and grated almonds. Fruity on the palate, with a wonderfully fresh start, crunchy citrus notes and in turn a subtle, finely creamy almond touch that gives a nice texture.
