Tasting note
The special soil and the proximity to the sea give the Sangiovese grape variety all its strength. It is a wine of medium to strong character, ruby-red in color, with a fruity, lasting aroma.

Vinification
The harvest begins in mid-September. This is followed by mining, pressing, maceration for 10 days, subsequent transfer, 50% into French barriques and 50% into stainless steel containers, where the natural malolactic fermentation then takes place. The wine is then aged for a further 12 months in French oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a 6-month bottle aging.
