About the wine
The family-run estate has only existed for two generations, and yet the winery, which now covers over 40 hectares, is already one of the best and most respected producers in the region, which is certainly a surprise in French viticulture, which goes and goes on in a very classic and traditional way, and once again underlines the great class of the domain. Since 2005 (certified), the steep vineyards have been managed biodynamically, which gives the wines even more finesse and aromatic expression.

Tasting note
That wonderful salty air, that tart yellow-green bite, that scent of sea, mussels and lime, tart herbs, smoke too, and then - the wind subsides for a moment - a mild warmth, the ripe, beautiful yellow juicy fruit, delicate floral tones. On the palate again, that cool, tart bite, air, so light, yet with cool, tart spiciness, green chalky freshness, smoky, that wonderful tart, so salty. Great terroir wine, flint, lime, fossil deposits, you can taste it here - and taste it here. What a tart, salty beauty!

Vinification
Very low yields, selective harvest by hand. Very gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts and aging in large oak barrels.
