Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate on the nose, driven by fruity and floral aromas. Juicy, well-structured and pleasantly fresh on the palate. Pome fruit, citrus fruits and in turn floral notes. Tasty aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, on the terrace, with fried fish.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked, destemmed and gently pressed by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, usually without malolactic fermentation. In the winter months, in contact with fine yeast (battonage), the wine matures in steel tanks until January/February; in the months of March/April, it is bottled and sold after one to two months of bottle aging. A classic Lugana doc, pressed from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana, locally known as Turbiana.
