Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Dieser Tessiner Rotwein wurde ausschliesslich aus Merlottrauben, welche in verschiedenen Tessiner Rebgärten reiften, gekeltert. Bei der Weinbereitung, welche nach modernsten Gesichtspunkten durchgeführt wurde, lag der Hauptaugenmerk auf Primäraromen und Leichtigkeit und weniger auf Gerbstoffen und somit auf Langlebigkeit. Resultat: Es entstand ein weicher, zarter Wein, ausgesprochen fruchtig, fein und harmonisch, eigentlich völlig abweichend von der gewohnten Tamborini-Tradition
