Tasting note
Medium yellow - the nose shows stone fruit, spices and beautiful minerals. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied with a wonderful texture and a nice, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled chicken, pasta with creamy sauces or aged goat cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
