Tasting note
Garnet red. Sweet start with light notes of wild fruits and blackcurrants. On the palate, where there is a balance of structural elements, it is rustic, elegant, autochtonous. It is reminiscent of red chenille cushions and fireplace fires. Spicy, dry and easy aftertaste. A “vin sauvage” with class and profile, ripe fruit aromas and a balanced structure. Not explosive despite the long rustic notes. Very charming and compact, complemented by a velvety tannin dress.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sausage starters, soups, vegetable casseroles, meats, creams, local aperoplaettli and cheese.
