Rosé Spumante Brosa Brut - Colesel Spumanti

Made from the rather unknown grape variety Pavana, which is sometimes also known as Marzemina Nera di Feltre. The grapes are macerated for around 12 hours, which both produces wonderful fruitiness and, on the other hand, ensures the bright pink color. The bouquet features inviting aromas of juicy cherries, red fruits such as raspberries and redcurrants, but also elderberries and blueberries, plus fresh, fruity notes of apricots and a bit of blood orange. Juicy fruit on the palate, again red berry, with good freshness and great drinking flow.
